# Adonis

A poised, lower-proof aperitif joining dry, nutty Amontillado sherry with sweet vermouth and orange bitters.

Strength: 18% ABV before dilution

- Orange twist — Express the peel oils over the drink.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
