# Affinity

Equal Scotch, dry vermouth, and sweet vermouth make this Perfect-Manhattan relative unusually wine-led, herbal, and softly malty.

Strength: 25% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Blended Scotch whisky](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blended-scotch-whisky.md) — Use a rounded, minimally smoky blend.
- 30 ml [Dry vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/dry-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 30 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 2 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Garnish

- Lemon twist — Express the peel oils over the drink and discard the twist.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
