# Agua de Valencia

Fresh Valencian orange, gin, vodka, and Cava make this late-1950s Café Madrid original deceptively bright, dry, and celebratory.

Strength: 15% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md) — Fine-strain freshly pressed orange juice and chill it thoroughly.
- 20 ml [Vodka](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/vodka.md)
- 20 ml [Gin](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/gin.md)
- 50 ml [Cava](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cava.md) — Use well-chilled Brut Cava.

## Method

1. Stir the orange juice, vodka, and gin gently with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Add the Cava slowly and do not stir.
