Fresh pineapple supplies both fruit and acid to rye and dry vermouth, giving this spare pre-tiki New York trio an unexpectedly dry, foamy shape.

- 22.5 ml [Fresh pineapple juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-pineapple-juice.md) — Use fresh, unsweetened juice.

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and lightly aerated.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
