# Amaro Caldo

Hot water opens Braulio’s pine, roots, herbs, and woody bitterness in this unsweetened traditional Italian digestivo.

Strength: 7% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Amaro Braulio](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/braulio.md)
- 90 ml [Water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/water.md) — Use freshly boiled water.

## Garnish

- Lemon twist — Express the peel oils over the drink and retain the twist.

## Method

1. Preheat an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then empty and dry it.
2. Add the Braulio and freshly boiled water, then stir briefly.
