# Artichoke Spritz

Cynar and sweet vermouth deepen rosé Prosecco into an earthy, orange-bright contemporary spritz.

Strength: 13% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 20 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 30 ml [Cynar](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cynar.md)
- 60 ml [Prosecco DOC Rosé](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/prosecco-rose.md) — Use freshly opened, thoroughly chilled Prosecco DOC Rosé.
- 5 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md)

- Orange twist — Express the peel oils, rub the peel around the rim, and retain the twist.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled wine glass generously with cubed ice, add the sweet vermouth and Cynar, and stir until cold.
2. Add the Prosecco slowly and stir once gently, then add the fresh orange juice.
