# Bamboo

A delicate, low-alcohol aperitif joining fino sherry and dry vermouth with aromatic bitters.

## Ingredients

- 40 ml [Fino sherry](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fino-sherry.md)
- 1 dash [Orange bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-bitters.md)
- 1 dash [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Garnish

- Green olive

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
