# Beton

Becherovka and tonic form the direct Czech herbal highball, where quinine lifts the liqueur’s cinnamon, clove, ginger, and citrus.

Strength: 11% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 40 ml [Becherovka Original](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/becherovka.md)
- 100 ml [Tonic water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/tonic-water.md) — Use very cold, freshly opened tonic water.

## Garnish

- Lemon slice — Use one thin slice.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled wine glass with cubed ice and add the Becherovka.
2. Add the tonic water slowly and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
