# Brandy Scaffa

Equal old brandy and maraschino with aromatic bitters preserve Jerry Thomas’s concentrated, undiluted room-temperature scaffa.

Strength: 36% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Brandy](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/brandy.md) — Use a mature, characterful brandy.
- 30 ml [Luxardo Maraschino](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/luxardo-maraschino.md) — Use a clear maraschino liqueur.
- 2 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients directly into a small room-temperature wine glass without ice.
2. Stir gently only to combine, adding no water or dilution.
