# Chilcano

A crisp Peruvian pisco highball lengthened with ginger ale and lightly seasoned with aromatic bitters.

Strength: 13% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Pisco](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/pisco.md) — Use a Peruvian pisco puro.
- 3 drops [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)
- 120 ml [Ginger ale](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-ale.md)

- Lime wheel

## Method

1. Add the pisco and bitters to a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
2. Top gently with the chilled ginger ale and stir once.
