# Chuflay

Bolivia’s aromatic Singani meets lemon and ginger ale in a crisp national highball whose floral grape character remains clear through the fizz.

Strength: 11% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 7.5 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 150 ml [Ginger ale](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-ale.md) — Use a well-chilled, dry ginger ale.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the Singani and lemon juice.
2. Add the ginger ale slowly and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
