# Clean Slate

Manzanilla and blanc vermouth make a saline, floral aperitif sharpened by gentian and Peychaud’s in Jermaine Whitehead’s quietly exact low-alcohol drink.

Strength: 16% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Manzanilla sherry](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/manzanilla-sherry.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 30 ml [Blanc vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blanc-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 7.5 ml [Gentian liqueur](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/gentian-liqueur.md)
- 2 dashes [Peychaud’s bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/peychauds-bitters.md)

- Edible flower — Use one food-safe unsprayed flower.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled small wine glass.
