# Cobra's Fang

Overproof Demerara rum drives orange, lime, passion fruit, falernum, bitters, and anise through crushed ice in a direct and unusually severe Donn Beach punch.

- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Passion-fruit syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/passion-fruit-syrup.md)
- 7.5 ml [Falernum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/falernum.md)
- 1 dash [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)
- 6 drops [Anise spirit](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/anise-spirit.md) — Use absinthe or another dry anise spirit.

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled Collins glass packed with crushed ice.
