# Corn ’n’ Oil

Richard Seale&#39;s modern Barbadian build lets aged island rum lead, with falernum supplying just enough lime, almond, ginger, clove, and sweetness.

Strength: 34% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Barbados rum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/barbados-rum.md) — Use an aged Barbados rum.
- 15 ml [Falernum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/falernum.md)

## Glassware

Old fashioned glass

## Garnish

- Lime wheel

## Method

1. Add the rum and falernum to an old fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.
2. Stir until chilled and lightly diluted.
