# Cuba Libre

Fresh lime turns a rum and cola into a brighter, drier highball, sharpening the cane spirit and cola spice instead of merely decorating them.

Strength: 11% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

## Method

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice.
2. Add the white rum, cola, and fresh lime juice, then lift once gently from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
