# Dark ’n’ Stormy

Bermuda's black rum rolls through spicy ginger beer in a dark, molasses-rich highball with an unmistakable storm-cloud gradient.

Strength: 15% ABV before dilution

## Method

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the ginger beer.
2. Float the Goslings Black Seal rum over the surface so it begins to feather downward.
