# Death Flip

Blanco tequila, Jägermeister, Yellow Chartreuse, vanilla, and a whole egg make Chris Hysted-Adams’s Australian modern flip strange on paper and lush in the glass.

Strength: 35% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Blanco tequila](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blanco-tequila.md)
- 15 ml [Jägermeister](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/jagermeister.md)
- 15 ml [Yellow Chartreuse](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/yellow-chartreuse.md)
- 7.5 ml [Vanilla syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/vanilla-syrup.md) — Use a one-to-one vanilla syrup by weight.
- 1 whole [Egg](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/egg.md) — Use a very fresh whole egg; pasteurised egg is a prudent alternative for vulnerable guests.

## Garnish

- Nutmeg — Freshly grate over the foam.

## Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with one ice cube and shake hard to begin chilling and emulsification.
2. Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled and aerated.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
