# Donga Punch

Aged agricole rum gives grapefruit, lime, and cinnamon a grassy, mineral centre in this lean, crushed-ice Donn Beach reconstruction.

Strength: 18% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Aged rhum agricole](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/aged-rhum-agricole.md)
- 30 ml [Fresh grapefruit juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-grapefruit-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Cinnamon syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cinnamon-syrup.md)
- 22.5 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)

Footed pilsner glass

## Method

1. Shake all the ingredients briefly with crushed ice.
2. Open-pour into a chilled footed pilsner and add more crushed ice to fill.
