# Don’s Special Daiquiri

Donn Beach turns the Daiquiri tropical with a Jamaican-led rum split and equal measures of tart lime, vivid passion fruit, and soft honey.

Strength: 20% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 30 ml [Aged Jamaican rum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/aged-jamaican-rum.md)
- 15 ml [Light Puerto Rican-style rum](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/light-puerto-rican-rum.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Passion-fruit syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/passion-fruit-syrup.md)
- 15 ml [Honey syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/honey-syrup.md) — Mix equal parts honey and warm water; refrigerate and use within two weeks.

## Method

1. Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
