Islay Scotch, Cynar, and blanc vermouth make Shawn Soole’s smoky, vegetal White-Negroni relative spare enough for every bottle to remain exposed.

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Islay Scotch whisky](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/islay-scotch-whisky.md)
- 22.5 ml [Cynar](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cynar.md)
- 22.5 ml [Blanc vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/blanc-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.

Coupe glass

## Garnish

- Grapefruit twist — Express the peel oils over the drink and retain the twist.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
