# East India Cocktail

Tiny measures of pineapple, curaçao, maraschino, and bitters season Cognac without turning this nineteenth-century drink into either a sour or a tropical punch.

## Ingredients

- 5 ml [Orange curaçao](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-curacao.md) — Use a dry orange curaçao.

- 2 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
