# Fog Cutter

Trader Vic’s heavyweight combines three spirits beneath a strikingly lemon-led citrus body, with orgeat binding the drink before a sweet-sherry float.

- 30 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Orgeat syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orgeat-syrup.md) — Traditionally contains almond; check the selected product label and refrigerate after opening as directed.

## Method

1. Shake everything except the cream sherry with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with fresh cubed ice.
3. Float the cream sherry over the surface and serve with straws.
