# French Connection

A restrained measure of amaretto rounds Cognac with silky texture and bittersweet stone-fruit-kernel perfume without burying the brandy&#39;s fruit and oak.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled old fashioned glass with cubed ice.
2. Add the Cognac and amaretto, then stir gently until cold.
