# Gimlet

A taut two-part classic concentrating dry gin and preserved lime into a piercing, bittersweet drink.

Strength: 30% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Dry gin](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/dry-gin.md) — Use Plymouth-style or a rounded London dry gin.
- 20 ml [Lime cordial](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/lime-cordial.md)

## Glassware

Cocktail glass

## Method

1. Shake hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
