Galliano’s anise, herbs, and vanilla turn orange and fresh cream into an airy golden dessert cocktail.

- 22.5 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md)
- 22.5 ml [Cream](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cream.md) — Contains milk; keep refrigerated and use promptly.

## Method

1. Shake hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and aerated.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
