Equal green mint, clear cacao, and fresh cream make this compact New Orleans dessert cocktail cool, chocolate-rich, and unmistakably pale green.

Strength: 16% ABV before dilution

1. Shake all ingredients briskly with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
