# Gunner

Equal ginger beer and ginger ale make a sharp Hong Kong clubhouse cooler seasoned with Angostura and lemon.

## Ingredients

- 100 ml [Ginger beer](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-beer.md) — Use a very cold, freshly opened non-alcoholic ginger beer.
- 100 ml [Ginger ale](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-ale.md) — Use a very cold, freshly opened ginger ale.
- 2 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md) — The finished drink contains alcohol and is not alcohol-free.

- Lemon slice — Use one thin wheel.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the ginger beer and ginger ale.
2. Add the bitters and lift once gently from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
