# Horsefeather

A Kansas City whiskey highball pushes ginger beer hard against aromatic bitters and a squeezed lemon wedge for a peppery, regional cousin of the buck.

Strength: 12% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Whiskey](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/whiskey.md)
- 120 ml [Ginger beer](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-beer.md) — Use cold, freshly opened ginger beer.
- 4 dashes [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)
- 1 piece [Lemon](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/lemon.md) — Cut a small wedge from a fresh lemon.

## Method

1. Build the whiskey, ginger beer, and bitters in a chilled highball filled with cubed ice.
2. Squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink, drop it in, and stir once gently.
