# Hugo Spritz

A light, floral spritz of elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, soda, mint, and lime.

Strength: 9% ABV

- 8 leaves [Mint](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/mint.md)

- Mint sprig
- Lime wedge

## Method

1. Fill a wine glass generously with ice.
2. Add the St-Germain and mint leaves.
3. Top with the Prosecco and soda water, then stir gently.
