Gin, pineapple, lemon, orgeat, and Peychaud&#39;s make Marcovaldo Dionysos&#39;s vivid modern tiki sour.

Strength: 20% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [London dry gin](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/london-dry-gin.md)
- 22.5 ml [Fresh pineapple juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-pineapple-juice.md)
- 22.5 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Orgeat syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orgeat-syrup.md) — Contains almond.
- 2 dashes [Peychaud’s bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/peychauds-bitters.md)

## Glassware

Double old fashioned glass

## Garnish

- Maraschino cherry — Thread three cherries onto one short cocktail pick.
- Orchid — Use one food-safe edible orchid.

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Pour without straining into a chilled double old fashioned glass.
