# Kalimotxo

Young red wine and cola meet as equals in a cold Basque long drink, where tannin, dark fruit, caramel, and phosphoric bite make more sense together than reputation suggests.

Strength: 7% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 90 ml [Cola](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cola.md) — Use well-chilled full-sugar cola.

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice.
2. Add the red wine and chilled cola, then stir once gently.
