# Kir Royale

A sparkling Burgundian aperitif in which blackcurrant deepens dry Champagne without suppressing its acidity or fine bubbles.

Strength: 13% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 10 ml [Crème de cassis](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/creme-de-cassis.md)
- 90 ml [Champagne](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/champagne.md) — Use a well-chilled Brut Champagne.

## Glassware

Champagne flute

## Method

1. Pour the crème de cassis into a chilled Champagne flute.
2. Add the Champagne slowly and do not stir.
