# La Louisiane

A deeply aromatic New Orleans rye cocktail layered with sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, absinthe, and Peychaud’s bitters.

Strength: 35% ABV before dilution

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
