# Left Hand

Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth gain dark cacao and spice from mole bitters in Sam Ross&#39;s late-2000s bridge between Boulevardier and Manhattan.

Strength: 31% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Bourbon](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/bourbon.md) — Use a full-flavoured bourbon.
- 22.5 ml [Campari](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/campari.md)
- 22.5 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md) — Use a rich, full-flavoured vermouth and keep the opened bottle refrigerated.
- 2 dashes [Mole bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/mole-bitters.md)

## Garnish

- Cocktail cherry — Use one good-quality brandied cherry.

## Method

1. Stir all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
