A bittersweet Manhattan variation pairing rye and sweet vermouth with earthy, herbal Cynar.

## Garnish

- Maraschino cherry — Skewer two cherries on a cocktail pick.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
