# London Buck

Also known as the Gin Buck, this crisp London dry gin, lemon, and ginger-ale highball depends on cold, spice, and carbonation.

Strength: 15% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 15 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 90 ml [Ginger ale](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/ginger-ale.md) — Use very cold, freshly opened ginger ale.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled Collins glass with cubed ice.
2. Add the gin and lemon juice, then the ginger ale.
3. Stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
