# London Calling

Fino sherry draws a saline, almond-dry line through this bright gin sour, with orange bitters and grapefruit peel extending its citrus without adding sweetness.

- 15 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 15 ml [Simple syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/simple-syrup.md) — Use a one-to-one syrup; rich syrup makes the drink materially sweeter.
- 2 dashes [Orange bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
