# Mexican Monk

A dry, spirit-forward tequila cocktail deepened by amontillado, Bénédictine, and coffee liqueur.

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Reposado tequila](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/reposado-tequila.md)
- 15 ml [Amontillado sherry](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/amontillado-sherry.md)
- 7.5 ml [Bénédictine](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/benedictine.md)
- 7.5 ml [Coffee liqueur](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/coffee-liqueur.md)

## Garnish

- Lemon twist — Express the peel oils over the drink.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
