# Mezcal Negroni

A spirit-forward Negroni variation leading with smoky mezcal over Campari and sweet vermouth.

- 30 ml [Campari](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/campari.md)
- 30 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md)

Rocks glass

## Garnish

- Orange twist — Express the peel oils over the drink.

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
