Mezcal Rosita
A smoky, bittersweet Rosita variation combining mezcal and Campari with both sweet and dry vermouth.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 30 ml
- Campari 30 ml
- Sweet vermouth 15 ml
- Dry vermouth 15 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

- Orange twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
