# Mimosa

Equal parts fresh orange juice and dry Prosecco make a bright, gently textured sparkling drink whose simplicity leaves nowhere for warm wine or tired citrus to hide.

Strength: 6% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 75 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md) — Use cold, freshly pressed juice, finely strained to protect the wine&#39;s carbonation.
- 75 ml [Prosecco](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/prosecco.md) — Use a thoroughly chilled, dry Prosecco.

## Method

1. Pour the cold fresh orange juice into a chilled Champagne flute.
2. Add the Prosecco slowly and stir once gently.
