# Mr. Bali Hai

Dark Jamaican rum, light rum, pineapple, lemon, and dry coffee liqueur create a large tropical drink whose roast and funk are more compelling than simple sweetness.

- 22.5 ml [Coffee liqueur](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/coffee-liqueur.md) — Use a relatively dry, high-strength coffee liqueur rather than a syrupy low-proof style.
- 45 ml [Fresh pineapple juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-pineapple-juice.md) — Use unsweetened juice.

- Mint sprig — Clap several sprigs gently and arrange them as a mint bouquet.
- Coffee beans — Place three beans beside the mint.

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled Collins glass packed with crushed ice.
