# Mundo Perdido

Black rum and apple brandy give this compact modern tiki sour a dark fruit core, sharpened by lemon and rounded with cinnamon and demerara.

Strength: 25% ABV before dilution

- 15 ml [Apple brandy](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/apple-brandy.md)
- 22.5 ml [Fresh lemon juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lemon-juice.md)
- 7.5 ml [Cinnamon syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cinnamon-syrup.md)
- 7.5 ml [Demerara syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/demerara-syrup.md) — Use a rich syrup made with two parts demerara sugar to one part water.

## Method

1. Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
