Old fashioned glass

## Method

1. Shake everything except the soda water hard with ice.
2. Add the soda water and stir briefly.
3. For a practical service, strain into an old fashioned glass filled with finely crushed ice.
4. For the traditional service instead, strain into the glass around a frozen cone of finely crushed ice, with the straw threaded through its centre.
