# Newark

Bottled-in-bond apple brandy takes the Brooklyn template across the Hudson, with sweet vermouth, Fernet-Branca, and maraschino around a dry, oak-aged core.

## Ingredients

- 60 ml [Bottled-in-bond apple brandy](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/bonded-apple-brandy.md)
- 30 ml [Sweet vermouth](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/sweet-vermouth.md) — Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- 7.5 ml [Fernet-Branca](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fernet-branca.md)
- 7.5 ml [Maraschino liqueur](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/maraschino-liqueur.md)

## Method

1. Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
