# Nui Nui

Aged rum, orange, and lime carry cinnamon, vanilla, allspice, and bitters in one of Donn Beach's most aromatic and spice-led tropical drinks.

Strength: 24% ABV before dilution

- 15 ml [Fresh orange juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-orange-juice.md)
- 7.5 ml [Cinnamon syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cinnamon-syrup.md)
- 5 ml [Vanilla syrup](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/vanilla-syrup.md)
- 5 ml [Allspice dram](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/allspice-dram.md)
- 1 dash [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)

## Garnish

- Orange twist — Cut a long, broad spiral and run it inside the glass with one end hanging over the rim.
- Cinnamon stick

## Method

1. Flash-blend all ingredients with 120 ml crushed ice for no more than five seconds.
2. Open-pour into a chilled Collins glass and add crushed ice to fill.
