Amor y Amargo’s first menu stretched apple brandy and genever with saline celery, gingersnap bitters, and a dry charge of seltzer.

- 90 ml [Soda water](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/soda-water.md) — Use cold, freshly opened soda water.

## Method

1. Add the apple brandy, genever, and both bitters to a chilled Collins glass.
2. Fill with cubed ice, add the soda water, and stir once gently.
