# Pegu Club

Gin, dry orange curaçao, fresh lime, and two kinds of bitters make this Rangoon club classic both a taut sour and an aromatic cocktail.

Strength: 32% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 22.5 ml [Orange curaçao](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-curacao.md) — Use a dry orange curaçao.
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)
- 1 dash [Angostura bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/angostura-bitters.md)
- 1 dash [Orange bitters](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/orange-bitters.md)

## Method

1. Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
2. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
