# Piña Verde

Erick Castro&#39;s modern classic turns Green Chartreuse into a tropical base spirit, vivid against creamy coconut, pineapple, and lime.

Strength: 19% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 45 ml [Green Chartreuse](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/green-chartreuse.md)
- 45 ml [Fresh pineapple juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-pineapple-juice.md) — An equal blend of unsweetened canned and fresh juice works especially well.
- 22.5 ml [Cream of coconut](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/coconut-cream.md)
- 15 ml [Fresh lime juice](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/fresh-lime-juice.md)

## Glassware

Pearl Diver glass

## Garnish

- Pineapple leaf — Use two or three fresh pineapple fronds.

## Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with a small amount of pebble ice.
2. Whip-shake for ten seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled Pearl Diver glass and top with more pebble ice.
