# Piscola

Chilean pisco and cola make a direct national highball in which fragrant grape spirit cuts cleanly through caramel, citrus, spice, and fizz.

Strength: 10% ABV before dilution

## Ingredients

- 50 ml [Pisco](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/pisco.md) — Use a Chilean pisco at 35–40% ABV.
- 150 ml [Cola](https://stirred.fyi/ingredients/cola.md) — Use well-chilled full-sugar cola.

## Garnish

- Lime wheel — Use one thin wheel at the rim without squeezing it into the drink.

## Method

1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the pisco.
2. Add the cola slowly and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
